Coscorrona is seen in Pantanillo within Los Maglares, after completion of the Templo de Jade, and seems to think of Juan as a bit too small. She questions how he and Tostada will survive out in the world without proper wrestling techniques. From this point on, her skill tree can be accessed by pressing the map button and the left trigger.

She is later seen with the other trainers at Isla Bonita giving Juan their blessings as he journeys on to the Templo de la Serpiente to stop Salvador.

Coscorrona is playable alongside Doña Chamoya, Flame Face, Rooster Ramirez, and Uay Coco. She is unlocked after getting a Gold Medal in one of her challenges.
