El Otromundo is an alternate, magical realm in which Tiempochtli resides, where various timelines within the Mexiverse converge, and a void unlocked by Salvador upon collecting the three artifacts in the Darkest Timeline.

Behind a locked gate, Otromundo settles in a dimension of infinite night, the god of time Tiempochtli resting in a hammock. Upon interacting with him, the god releases a chest that awards an outfit before returning back to his eternal slumber.
