Rooster Ramirez is a gold-colored, sentinent rooster who trains Juan Aguacate to wield a variety of Pollo techniques on his path to defeat Salvador and his associates.

Rooster Ramirez is first encountered on the way into Villachula. He seems to be quite full of himself, gloating at his accomplishments, like having the "best crest in high school". When he sees Juan, he mentions that the Prophecy of the Golden Egg has foretold that Ramirez would train Juan in the ways of Pollo Power.

Later on, he is later seen with the other trainers at Isla Bonita giving Juan their blessings as he journeys on to the Templo de la Serpiente to stop Salvador.

Costume

Rooster Ramirez is playable alongsde Doña Chamoya, Flame Face, Coscorrona, and Uay Coco. He is unlocked after getting a Gold Medal in one of his challenges. Exclusively in this playable state, he has a human form resembling Juan's body with Ramirez's gold medal and head.
